What I do
I’m an Executive Coach who specialises in developing my client’s presence, influence and impact. Executive coaching means that I coach at Executive level and work with business leaders going through periods of transition, change and challenge.
Central to my approach is developing a client’s ‘signature presence’ by helping them gain greater self awareness, developing their confidence and self-belief hand in hand with improving their communication and interpersonal skills.
My work is about creating change at a fundamental or transformational level as well as giving the client tools and frameworks to draw upon.
I work across the ‘Spectrum of Coaching’ providing both ‘non-directive’ leadership coaching and more ‘directive’ communication skills mentoring. My starting point is always what the client wants to achieve and establishing what kind of help or support they need from me.
I also create and provide bespoke training around leadership and interpersonal/communication skills development. I work closely with HR and training departments to create work that reflects the culture and needs of their specific industry.
